In 2007 the international fabric manufacturer Swaffer launched Kays first collection, swiftly followed by 3 more collections.  A total of 48 fabrics in many designs and colourways.

By 2022 all designs apart from one had been discontinued to Kay's disappointment. However, the company assured her that being in production for 14 years was amazing as most designs last 3-5 years before being discontinued. 

Still in production is the Red Poppyfields.
