Workshops in Kay's Studio, 10am - 4pm, Free Parking

Please do not be intimidated if you are a beginner/a late-comer/or an ‘I loved painting when I was a child but….’ Having the enthusiasm and interest is the greatest gift to bring to my class and to work on. I didn’t start till I was 50!

 

Up to 4 people can have a wonderful day in Kay's lovely studio painting floral watercolours. The cost is £60 per person which covers large sheets of good quality paper, a selection of flowers but you are of course welcome to bring anything that you particularly want to paint. Hot and cold drinks and home-made cake/biscuits are available all day but please bring a packed lunch. She recommends to bring a size 12 or above pointed brush of mixed fibres. e.g. synthetic/bristle mix. Kay will lend you paints, brushes and whatever you need if you haven’t got them yourself. Kay will have loads of time with each of you which means you are more than likely to produce a painting to be very proud of.

 

If you are a larger group of friends or an art group Kay can come to your venue.  Kay supplies large sheets of wonderful paper, a selection of flowers and the loan of paint, brushes etc if you haven’t got what you need.  These workshops are limited to 10 people so that Kay has plenty of time with each person.  The charge is £350 per day to divide between you.

 

Two day courses at Kay's studio or with your group are also fun as confidence grows and you really get the feel of capturing the beauty of the flowers.
